Cancellation conditions:
before 3 months prior to your arrival: cancellation fee is the made payment (Reugeldvereinbarung)
3 months up to 1 day prior to your arrival:
100% of the cost of the booking
1 day prior to your arrival, Cancellations on arrival day, no-shows
and on early departure:
100% of the cost will be charged.
Check-in: 3 pm until 6 pm
Check-out: until 10 am
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead for the rest the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply to our house.
